What kind of components do you have to replace the stock front speakers?

What kind of components do you have to replace the stock front speakers?
Hello,
I am wondering what kind of setups you guys have for the front speakers. I want to get components but maybe I'll just replace the stock 6.5's since they get distorted very easily off the headunit. So any suggestions would be helpful. I've noticed a few suggest kenwood excelons. I'm wondering if focal 6.5's or mb quarts would fit our front setup. I noticed the mb quarts have 3/4" tweeters where our tweeter housings hold 1". So I might just replace the 6.5's with some really good coaxials. Thanks for the help.

Rep Power: 0 The Quarts fit perfectly in there with some trimming of the flush mount, but if you are interested I might be selling my MTX 8000 components already installed, and all, can provide pics.

Rep Power: 0 I have eXcelons(KFC-xr600), but there sitting here in their box, string at me, just like they've been doing for a couple months now. Haven't bothered to install them until I get the rest of my audio components, which is a cap and a RFbd1000.1 amp.
