Adire Audio Koda and Brahma

Well, I blew up my PG sub after using it for a day, so I think i might need to go with something, a little bigger. lol, well i seized the Voicecoil, in a day. oh well, warranty replace, then sell it.

Anyhow. I have 2 questions regarding Adire Audio...

I am currently running some rather shitty components and sub for my system which consists of

Nakamichi CD45Z headunit
McIntosh 420M 4 channel amp
Phoenix Gold XS2500 2 channel amp
Infiniti 605CS components
Stock rear 6x9s (turned way down)
Phoenix Gold Tantrum X 10" sub (currently out of commision).

So basically what I want to do is replace my components, and put the old infiniti's in the back. Which leads me to Adire audio's Koda 6.5" drivers... Are these any good? they're really cheap, what would happen if i just replaced the infiniti midbass drivers with those, and put my infiniti's in the rear, leaving the infiniti tweets and crossover in the front for the time being.. Is this a stupid idea? If so what do you recommend i do for components? It doesn't have to be cheap, but the cheaper they are, the sooner i'll buy, I'll buy those adire's asap if someone learned in the ways of sound thinks it's a good idea. I would eventually like to go with McIntosh components, but those are pretty pricey, and i couldn't afford those at the moment. So the Adires would be an interim solution.

As for the sub, how do Brahma's do on SQ? I know they are SPL monsters but how do they compare to say a JL12W7?. i want to run 1 Brahma, or Better audio if i can wait that long, or if i have to, I'll go with a W7, but i'm not rich, so i'd rather just go with the bargain parts. I'm assuming that brahma's sound much better than tempests, but please, fill me in.

So that's where i'm at. Any suggestions for me? Lundlam, Whiterabbit, Mohawk, Subrage, or anyone else for that matter? I need direction, lol.

thnx.

EDIT: Could also go with the complete Adire components, the Koda6.1 with the crossovers and tweets. anyhow, just shoot me some opinions of these products.

both the koda and the brahma have both won sq competitions, so you know theyre up in the top. as to brahma vs w7, its both an opinion thing, but also an efficiency thing. a brahma wont really impress anyone until you break the 1000 rms mark.

with that amp, i would go completely with the adire component set, i myself am about to buy some koda's.

what's the voice coil arrangement on the brahma?
I know i will need a different amp than my PG, but was hoping to use it as a temporary solution. Till i make more money, then what amp would you suggest?

Also, if i put the infiniti's in the rear, where should i mount my tweets?

about the infinities, if you really want such nice components up front, i'd suggest you run only the midranges off teh deck.

hmmm, the amp in my deck doesn't really work. hehe. i can run a shitty 2 channel to em though, i have a little pioneer 40x2 or something. what's wrong with running them off the McIntosh, it is a 4 channel. or should i be running my mids off a channel each and the tweets off a channel each? and then just use the crossover in the amp.
