Tell me what you think

I'm just getting around to upgrading my cars audio system. I'm going to have it professionally installed (I have no clue about car stereo). I would like to purchase everything first then have them install it. Here is a list of stuff I have purchased already and stuff on order.

I have:

HU - Alpine CDA 9815
Front Speakers - Alpine SPR-176A
Amp - Alpine MRD-M500

On order:
Rear Speakers - *still undecided
Subwoofer - Alpine SWR-1221D
Amp - MRV-F340
Scosche HA1567 kit

Anything missing? Let me know.

As far as the rear speakers go, I know that the Alpine SPR-694a's will not fit w/ the trunk springs. I was thinking about using Alpine SPR-174 (6.5 coax 2 ways) instead. Do you think they would be fine or should i just get the 6x9's and take the springs out? Thanks for the help!

thats almost my setup except I have the mrd m300 with my type s... the rear 6x9's dont fit with the bar there so you would have to do springs... but other than that they fit inside there without a problem... I think thats a good setup... I like it the only thing is you might want to go with a better amp for your components... cause that 340 is pretty weak...

Any suggestions on the amp? I would like to keep it all Alpine. How's the MRV-F540?

yea I bet that would be a good one to run your speakers off of... I would personally also go with the alpine 6x9's for the rear and just put in gas shocks

Do you have a single sub or 2? Because if your only running 1 sub then you should get the SWR-1241D. With the dual 2 ohm sub, the only way to run that amp would be at 4 ohms and you'd only be getting half the power of the amp. So either grab a second sub so you can run the amp at 2 ohm mono or get the 4 ohm DVC.

I def intend to get 2 subs in the near future. But I am not sure which one to get right now. 2ohm or 4ohm? Can you explain the difference? And if I do go w/ the MRV-F540, Do I run the fronts AND the 6x9's off that amp? Or just the front components? Thanks for the help.
