recently, i installed side markers, i did the wirinf with electrical tape, anyways everything was perfect till 3 days ago, after i washed my car, for some reason my right flasher is flashing at like 5 times the speed, the left one is normal, and when i put one my hazard flashers, both the right and left are normal, non of my bulbs are burnt out, so what can it be?

the resistors are messed up in the little blinker thinger unit down there... i forgot what its called but theyre mad cheap at like any auto parts place... electrical tape isnt necessarily the best protection for wires anyways
