Question how about a speaker box like this?...

since i am thinking about a system for my trunk i went out earlier to check some dimensions in my cars trunk. i figured out where i would probably want to have my sub placed, it would be on the passenger side corner on the trunk thats at the very end of the car...i probably sound confusing so i attached a picture that is supposed to visualize the box with speaker in the trunk. i kindof remodeled the shape of the corner to get a real idea of what i will probably be doing.

please let me know what u think and how i might wanna improve it.
here is a link to the other thread in which i posted about the amp and woofer im thinking about.

a 10inch subwoofer will go in the box, with respect to that, here is the picture - Peace!

That should be fine, the problem is actually building the box. The most common way to fit boxes in the corners there would be fiber glass and MDF. I don't see any issues with the placement, as far as i know

i think what i might end up doing in order to hold it in place there is to put bars(probably wooden) under that bottom thingy(that covers the sparetire) so that they sit in the trunk tight, then put some across, make it all fit nice and have it screw into the speaker... this might sound all a little messy but there is almost nothing more important than have it look clean. the box will be carpeted so it should look good.

btw, thanks for your help Ed

It would be a lot easier to run some screws through the bottom of the box into the floor to hold that into place.
