Line Output Converter help

My amp is on and sub is hooked up. I have a question about the wiring to the LOC.

I have the blue/white wire to the left +, the pink to the right +, blue/black to left -, and blue/yellow to the right -. Is this wiring right? Because I am getting no signal to the speaker. Do I need to ground the LOC?

Thanks!

Does your LOC have adjustable gains? you may need to turn them up.
