6x9 question(s)

umm ... I'm relatively new to this site. I found it looking for some DIY's for the rear speakers on a 2001 Civic coupe. Well, today I purchased some Kenwood KFC-6905s 6x9 speakers. I know they aren't the greatest, but I just wanted a little kick in the bass. I don't care for huge subwoofers or anything so that's why I bought them. Plus they were cheap ($49 at the outlet NEW). Anyway, after reading numerous threads on the site, I have the feeling that these speakers are not gonna fit because of clearance issues. Is my guess accurate? Or is there a way to install them without messing up my trunk and deck. If they don't fit does anyone have any reccomendations of good rear speakers. I dont care for huge bass, I just want a crisper sound and the ability to hang with my Kenwood head unit, I also don't want to spend a whole lot of money (less than 100?) Any information would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The best thing is too throw them in and just giev it a try. I have Alpine SPS 6*9 in my reard deck amgent is close to the trunk cable thing, but its fine nothing special done to them to make it fit.

Just try them, it cant hurt
