speaker rings at the back of the door panels

i took mine off... and i';m still hearing this vibrating sound.. any idea where it's comming from.. and o yeah..i put dynamat on my door.. and should i take the panel rings at the rears too? and do you think it will acutally make the vibrations worse if i cut those rings off?

you gotta play music that cases those vibrations most, then stick yrou ear in every nook and cranny of yrou car, searcing for all the rattles and resonances.... then you can kill them, one at a time.

when you got them all, turn the volume up some more and start over

um. how do i eliminate the vibrations if it's coming from the door panel? i think its coming from there

deadener on teh inner metal, padding between the skin and door, and spray undercoating on teh inside of the outer panel sprayed on through the door holes. (dont forget to cover up yoru windows.)

where can i buy this undercoating.. what does it look like? what do you mean by the door holes? the little holes that the door clips go thru?btw, i just put a 1sq of deadener around the door speaker. thanks WR!

yup through those little holes, they come in cans, you can get them at any automotive store, i think at circuit city too maybe

walmart has it. cheap 2 dollar a can version or 4.50 a can 3M brand

hey ludlam/wr i can't find any rubberized undercoating spary.. i tried everywhere! walmart, circuit, home depot,pep boys even target!.. all i saw was the adhesives..

i used that yellow spray foam, works great. i think the name is "GREAT STUFF" used for like sealing leaky PVC pipes and stuff.Great for little holes, fills em up nicely

thanks.. i already went to the other wall mart.. i bought 2.. do you think it's a good idea to spray this thing under my tire well and the underbody?

hehhe!

hey i thought i just have to put a deadener(mat) on the metal panel and just put the rubberized undercoating at the inside of teh door panel? why do i have to worry about the windows since i will remove the outer panel?

because overspray will get rubber on yrou windows, i dont think you want to do any black polkadot tinting.....
