FYI I did search and found nothing reguarding stock power HU, so clam down Chachi. As far as 200 watts goes I've seen it printed in many Honda ads and brochures but didn't believe it. Its something like 10-14 wats per channel, are you sure??? I think its bit more than that, thats way I ask for someone that knows for sure. Thanks for your reply though.

ok. i said 10-14 rms per channel. Even if you buy a HU that says 55x4, look at the fine print, the largest number you will EVER see is 22 rms x 4. Now add to this, that in order for a standard din sized unit to hold cd readers, processors, everything AND contain mosfets to power yor speaker, its gonna have to be a tiny amount of em, and prolly not the best quality ones to begin with. Now lets say your deck DOES say 22 rms x 4, lets say it really does put that out, but theres no way an area that small can produce that much power and keep it clean, so therefore the highest amount of power you will ever see from it is probably around 15 rms. Section 2, teh stock HU. Now even if you did see it say that, its probably the infamous max power which you should play off as if it didnt exist anyways.

Forget this. Bah.. this aint worth it. I have explained it before...
