JL Audio 15" W-4, any good??
A buddy of mine sold his car and he had a JL Audio 15" W-4 and he wants to get rid of it, are they any good?? He's going to give me a deal, so would it be a good sub??

Rep Power: 329 4-5 years at it's newest. They were replaced with the W3 line....and that came out in 97 I beleive. JL's website might have the actual date of discontinuation.
If it is still in good condition, and he's letting it go for like....50 bucks, then go for it.... ::shrugs::
I've heard 12W4's, and they sound pretty good....similar to a W0, just with a little better low end response.
