I was to scared to put holes in my black beauty to put on my strert glow so I had it professionally done. I strongly recommend it done that way to no matter how experienced you think you are

I disagree Avril. How do you know how experienced the people in the shop are? How come you trust them so much? I would rather do it myself and know it is done right then have somebody I don't know try and do it for me.

i'm assuming whatever it is your talking about you had pro installed was a underbody kit. what holes are you scared about? they would be on the bottom and no one would see them. i personally like installing neon things myself, its fun and lets you be creative. only holes i put in (that are visible) are where i put the switches. i put them in front of the cupholders in the console, looks clean. also if it was an underbody kit, what color and got pics?

Except for painting and serious engine work, I would never let anyone work on my car.

the best way to learn is to do things yourself, it saves you a shvitload of money in the meantime. I've worked in shops, and the people working on your car dont always know what to do with your car. neons are pretty easy.
