digital amp?
no
but yeah, those eclipse titaniums are some power hungry ****'s. You picked the WRONG subs to run off low power. Takes about 3200rms for them to reach full excursion.

if its the 2 ohm dvc version, i reccomend a pair of betteraudio 1600M1's. now will your car handle that much power? not on a stock electrical system. but will a normal amp even move those speakers? not on your life.

your options...
1 - sell them, get eclipse alums or something like that
2 - use them with a normal amp (are they 2 ohm or 4 ohm dvc?) and never see even 1/2 of the potential you could get from them
3 - upgrade your electrical system, run about 1500 rms to each, and be immersed in ridiculous amounts of bass
3 -

i wasnt aware they made a 2 ohm dvc version titanium.

and if you get just the biggest powerhouse you can find, it might end up sounding terrible (case in point the guy round here driving around a blazer with a 15Ti and an earthquake D2)

I would consider a US amps 2000x or 4000x, whichever you can afford and will put out 2kwatts or 4 kwatts at whatever is yrou load.

and yes, thats gonna put a strain on your electrical system. if you dont crank it often, stock is fine. otherwise, an upgraded alternator will be neccesary (a cap aint gonna do it here!)

even extra battery(ies) just delays the POTENTIAL inevitability, rather than cure teh problem

you might be fine tho.

your definatly going to need to upgrade your electrical system if you want to get everything that those subs have to offer... I would save up some money and then go from there instead of buying cheap stuff now. It would be worth the wait i think. Get your alternator rebuilt and get a Optima Yellow Top battery (about 150-180$) and either stick it in your trunk or repace your stock battery with it and you should be good to go.

need is a relative term. mo and i have debated this furiously on this forum, you can search teh archives to find our rantings, but ill tell you, the bottom line is you dont NEED it, case in point when i was running 2700 rms in my car off stock electricals.

responsible listening dictates yoru needs. definitely need? no. possibly need? well, possibly
