Wiring question? Help ASAP!

Dude i am sooo pissed....i connected sum bumper lenses to my car by tapping into the blinker lines but now whenever i turn my headlights on the dashlights dont turn on and just a little while ago i noticed that when i turn on the lights the blinkers and brake lights dont turn on...meaning that the only lights that turn on are my headlights and everything else is off...what do i do?

Fuses

Start checking the fuses.

Under the hood and the ones inside.

If it blows again you have a short somewhere in the wiring.

make sure that you have everything grounded right and that you have the positive going to the positive wire and the negative to the negative. Check the fuses and make sure that none of your wires are touching each other someplace. I messed up a ton of the lights in my car when I installed my Cold air INtake and it was all because of ONE ground wire.. kinda crappy! just go over everything and make sure that you do it right!
