How many watts per channel is the stock cd HU?
Im installing a line output converter to my rear speaker. It says it has a 35 watt max
is our HU more then that?
IF it is, should this be a concern if i don't turn the volume up all the way?

If you're installing a line output converter, then I assume you're going to hook up to an amp....so then it doesnt matter what your HU's power is, since you'll be running an amp anyways.
And you won't blow the stock speakers by amping them unless you do it stupidly....I ran a 2x50WRMS PPI amp to my stock front speakers for a couple months before I upgraded, and it was just fine.
