Hood rattle

does anyone hood rattle when the bass hits hard? some say it the hood latch?

DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bass comes out of my a/c vents on the outside right under the wiper blades, you know where the black housing is, Its sooooo anoying, sound like s**t from the front of the from of the car! I CANNOT find a solution to this problem[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-nono.gif[/IMG]
Definitly not from the Hood latch though.

i get that defrost vent rattle too, more from driving over bumps then from music though. solution: leave the music on [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

There is a simple way to fix that if your interested. Just like stoping the whole trunk from rattling, by twisting those plastic pieces to the left and right of the latch to stick out more to stop the rattle, there are two plastic pieces that can be twisted out in the hood that the hood rests on. Once you twist them out a little, the hood won't rattle anymore.
