heh.. just picked me up a crunch MXB4125 4-channel, i know its a cheapie, but i have several friends with crunch amps and none of them have any complaints. is 8 gauge wiring enough for a 1000 watt amp that im gonna use to drive 2 door speakers and a sub? or should i redo all my wiring with 4 gauge

Rep Power: 329 eh you are kinda close. but for the time being you'll be fine. just don't crank it up too loud and test the limits. 8 gauge will carry like 50 amps (not efficiently at that point) and i'm guessing that amp's max current draw would be like 60 amps.
