OEM CD changer to Alpine HU(7892)??

I was looking for something in the basement last night and I realized I have OEM CD changer that came with my car. I took it out when I got Alpine HU(7892) because connector was different and I couldn't find anyone selling adapters...

All I could find was wiring harness for connecting aftermarket Alpine changer to OEM deck. But I want the other way around... Does anyone know if wiring harness for connecting OEM CD changer to Alpine HU?

Or should I just sell this?

Im 98% sure that the only adapters you will find are factory deck to alpine changer. I've never seen one the other way. I'd say sell it, maybe you can get enough on ebay to buy an alpine changer.
