Infinity Basslink a good choice?

I am looking to add bass to my 02 sedan. I have been looking at the Infinity Basslink amp/sub combo because of the space saving. I don't want ground shaking bass but enough to enjoy my music. Has anyone had the Infinity Basslink and is it worth the $200 price tag?

i have one. i like it quite a bit. i'm not really into hard hitting bass, but i wanted to upgrade the stock system a little bit b/c it was so lacking in bass. the bass is pretty tight and musical as one should expect for a ten inch sealed w/ passive radiator. plus the unit is relatively small and sleek in appearance. i have some nice pics of the my install which i will post soon.

Definantly worth the $200 IMO It is a good choice to save trunk room and have a lil bit of bump

i used speaker level inputs with my install. s.q. would probably be better if true low-level inputs are used.

basslink:

bang for buck ratio - s h i t t y
bang for space ratio - very good

if space is more important to you than a respectable volume, then its definitely the way to go

I have also seen a qlogic qform for the coupe model, they say it doesn't fit for the sedan, but I was wandering if anyone knows if they are making one now and if you think this would be better than the basslink. I think one of my drawbacks to this is that I would have to mount my an amp somewhere and I don't know if under the seat is the best place or maybe having a custom mount in the trunk is the way to go. I am sure the qlogic qform is a much more expensive route than the basslink.

you're right about that. i would have gone another route when choosing my setup, but space was my first priority. i have to have space in the trunk to haul the multiple tons of laundry home from college.

I'm the ultimate newb when it comes to car audio or ICE. Will this work with the stock head unit. I don't want to replace my headunit because it works fine and I just wanted a little extra oomph and yes, space is VERY important to me.
