My Audio Setup
I've finally decided to go with the following:
HU--------------------------Eclipse CD5442
FRONTS--------------------Eclipse Component Series 6 1/2" 8062
REARS----------------------Eclipse Integrated Series 6x9 3-way 83941
SUBS-----------------------Eclipse Aluminum 12" 88120.4 (TWO in a sealed box)
SUB AMP-------------------Rockford Fosgate 1500bd
FRONT/REAR AMP---------Rockford Fosgate 550x
What ya think??

Rep Power: 0 The hu is great. I heard the subs and they are amazing are amazing in a sealed box. As for the components, I'm just going by the sound of the subs. I'm assuming they are good too. I've read lots of reviews on different websites and there not bad.
If u guys have any suggestions on fronts and rears that would be great, and i'll check them out. I mean if a can get the same or better sound for less money that would be great.
As for the hu, amps, and subs i'm 100% buying them.

there is a reason they cost so much more than everything else
i have there speakers and i turn the bass way down on them b/c i have 2 12" subs and i can hear the words very crisp and clear
they also are GREAT subs but cost alot of money

Boston make good components for sure, but they are like MB Quarts in the regard that they have amazing highs (some would say harsh, but I likes), good midrange, and so-so low end. with Bostons, like quarts you have to cross them over way high.
Anywayz, Slammed, it looks like you are trying to go with a set-up with all by the same manufacturers...maybe think about going with all JL and go with an Eclipse HU. JL makes good products all the way around...and there components are way better then you would expect for the price [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]
