what if?
i was putting my sub and amp in my car cuz i took it out for snowboarding and well. i was re tightening the power wire when i droped it to get a better screwdriver and i hear a clicking noise. low and be hold my power wire was touching the metal that i was grounding. througha hole in the carpet now. i grabbed it and pulled it off but. then there was smoke.
(100x) did i blow out my amp it think i did. has anyone else done this? is this fixable. let me know. i'm pretty pissed off.. at myself

Meeee tooo .. If the fuse is still good and the amp doesn't work.. short the fise and blow it on purpose and send the amp in under warranty
yeah the fuse is still good and the amp doesn't work. how do i short the fuse and blow it on purpose and. shoudl i send the amp to MTX directly for warranty or to the company i bought it from? .. and wow.. good to know that i'm not the only one
