pioneer DEH-P8400MP questions

so i had a few questions bout this HU (i believe this is the flippy double panel one) before i went out and bought it

1 - do you guys know if the mp3 player scrolls id3 tags (the name of the artist and stuff)?

2 - can you really see it during the day?

3 - whats the cheapest online retailer for it?
