I am not sure of an exact price, but it will probably cost Alot to fiberglass your whole trunk. If you have never done it before, you should definantly have a pro do it. There are a few peope from the LA area who can probably recommend good shops.

still whats the difference between fiberglass and pexiglas? and i don't want to do the whole trunk, i just want to replace the board with the exact same cut out. get it?
plexiglass is just clear plastic sheeting
fiberglass is where you take fabric, resin and hardener to make a rigid light structure (not clear)

why not just buy a sheet of wood and cut it out?

I you want it to be clear and sturdy then you want either plexiglass or lexan. Lexan is a stronger version of plexiglass and has less flex at the same thickness, but it is more expensive.

Well heres an idea for a price. It cost me $162 for 1/2" 2'x4.5' piece, so to do the whole trunk floor its going to be quite expensive. Its normally about $15-$17 per square ft. My local lumbar yard sells both plexiglass and lexan.
