Lightning Audio B200.2 Amp

I was looking at this amp to add to my setup. This amp would probably be powering my infinity reference 605cs speakers, are these amps decent for that type of application? Or are they really only good for powering subs? or do they just suck? Anyways... Let me know on this amp cause I found a pretty good deal on it I think. Thanks!

That amp will work great. variable xover, 75 x 2. Great amp for your fronts. Just be sure to get it from an authorized dealer. Lightning warranty is one year over the counter.

Anybody know how necessary the optional Cooling fan is for this amp? I'm not running any subs, just the infinity components, so would heat be an issue? Thanks!

They are owned by the same people but Lightning is manufactured overseas and has diffrent features and a different board. Kind of like Honda and Acura. Share some parts but on a whole, different products

So these lightning audio amps, how do they compare to others such as alpine, kenwood, etc.? I'm probably going to pick up this amp tomorrow at a local shop for about $90. Sound good?

they rate well.. their clean amps that put out what their rated for..the Striek series has good X/O's...the bolt series have half decent crossovers.. both put out their rated power or more... my old Strike S2.500 put out a hair under 800Wrms at 14 volts..the bolts are what their rated for + 2-5% or so

So wait, how are the bolt amps? Are they not that good compared to the quality of the strike? I hope I got a good deal. I got the bolt 200.2 for $99 at a local small shop that is an authorized dealer I got from the lightning audio website! Is that good?
