ill probably wind up getting the american international mounting kit. anyone have some pictures of it installed? Since i plan on adding a sub and a seperate amp later on im going to use 4 guage, or is that overkill?
i had a question about the infinity speakers upfront. i was thinkin about mounting the crossovers in my trunk next to my amp and then runnin Cat5 ethernet cable up to my door, using one pair for each connection. would that work? i also saw that scosche has a speaker mountign rings for the speakers upfront. i dont wanna hack up my OEM equipment so i cant reinstall if i dont keep this car. anyone have experience with the speaker rings, or should i just make a baffle outa MDF?
thanks for all your help

Rep Power: 0 I would really skip rear fill and spend the extra money on better components. If your running a HX-D10 might as well get speakers up to par with it . remember your speakers are 70% of the sound, 10%is amps, 20 is HU....get the best possible speakers you can afford. Give them at least 100Wrms each and you'll never miss rear fill at all...

Rep Power: 304 Cat5 ethernet cable wouldent work. You need at least 16 guage speaker wire, preferabley 12. If you want it to be a clean install, just use heatshrink tubing and put the wires in that. DEFINATELY do NOT use ethernet cable....it's way too thin....you'll just burn it out.

Rep Power: 272 I wouldn't do any ethernet wire either, just go buy some good, 16 gauge wire and run it under the carpet--that's my $.02.
