For both coupe and sedan it should be 6.5 front and 6x9 rear. You can get a conversion bracket for the 6x9's in the rear to hold 6.5 which is what I would recommend doing. Top of the line JL 2-ways is the XR650-CSi. They make 3-ways but I don't know where you are gonna put the 4in midrange (or just be really creative ). And the for the rear XR650-CXi (which are 6.5 coaxials).

Oh yea... sorry, one more thing...

VR690CXi is the best 6x9 they make though it is from the series below the XR series. JL has 3 series of speakers... TR, VR, XR. TR being their lowest series and XR being their highest. So the VR's shouldn't be too bad.

first of all, litespeed, 6.5 in rear of sedans
secondly, i would get the converter for the 6.5" speakers regardless of what you have...
JL speakers will play GREAT if you get the high end ones, but only if you amp them
definitely some of the best midbass handling component sets out there

those speakers will be perfectly fine. However, you WILL need an amp to make them worth while.

oh yeah, 6.5" rear of sedan.

Oh and I drive a 2k2 civic coupe. But what is this conversion with the 6.9 to 6.5. What does it do? How do you do it? How much money will it cost?

dont worry, its nothing crazy
its just a plate that goes over the 6x9 hole allowing you to put a 6.5 in it... costs a few bucks...
