So I'm thinking of making some custom boxes to fit in the side corners of my truck to hold my JL 10"s. Has anyone done this? I got quoted $500 to make them out of fiberglass from a local audio place!!! They also quoted me $500 to make a fiberglass box that would fit in the wheel well like the DIY!! Damn. So has anyone made custom boxes to fit into the corners of their trunk? Measurements? I'm talking about the corners at the back of the trunk, where it widens. Also, has anyone done the DIY for subs in the wheel well? How tough is it? Thanks.

I'm not sure if this will help, but ALLMAN made a custom box for his Civic as seen in this picture. I guess you can ask him how hard it was.

$90 in resin

ill say $100 in misc other stuff

some time and playing around to get the glass right

and yoru done. sweet **** box.

go check my members ride... that cost me 35 dollars + price of fabric (bought a year earlier, so i dont remember how much) in supplies INCLUDING spare tire remount under the car... its my personal remodification of the DIY...
