wus up. I just got my stereo tested out for spl and i hit 142.1. Im really impressed with this!! I have two audiobahn 12's aw1205x in a custom fibreglasse box, with a mesa electronics dimension amp. Im running at two ohms so im pushin 600 watts rms x 2. Ill have pics of the final install up soon, i posted one pic but it was dark and not to visible. Anyway, just thought id share that, if anybody else has gotten there stereo tested, post it up.

what should i be hitting with my setup, rockford fosgate 550X pushing 275watts to a jl 12W3v1? 120?
i'm just wondering, obviously this is a competition setup.

Equipment means very little..it's system tuning...if your running a Huge ported box tuned to 52hz..you'd be hitting high numbers..in a small sealed enclosure..you might be hitting upper 120's..

its a small sealed enclosure, so like i thought, probably in the 120's, i guess thats loud, anyone know what the record is, meaning, the highest a car stereo has gone, 170? 180?

175ish is the record, although theres been some interesting setups out there... 169.8 with 1 single 10, 170+ with a single 13w7, i dunno...
