I have a 2002 Honda Civic Si (SI here in Canada, EX in the States) and I'm wondering if anyone has installed the 693.5i 6x9's for the rear deck and the 63.5i 6.5's for the doors. These are the 2002 models. Do these fit our cars?!?! Or are there modifications which have to be done? My friend tried installing 4 way Pioneer's in the rear deck and the trunk won't close cuz it doesn't clear the torsion bars. The magnet on the Pioneer is huge and it sinks too low. I don't want to have to mess around with the bars by having to bend it either. I want to keep it intact. All I want to know is whether these KAPPA speakers will fit our cars. not without modification they won't. i recommend not buying the 6x9's as they don't do much for sound quality at all. either keep the stocks or get something cheap that can run off deck power. i know the 6.5's up front may require some cutting and a spacer to fit, but not too big a deal.
