new audio setup...

Im thinking of running 1 12" JL W7 off a PPI 1250 (500w @ 2 ohm) and was wondering what size box i would need to enclose this in and if maybe for the same money i could get something better.

better than a 12w7? arguably the best woofer on the market right now... if you have the money for it, go for it

WhiteRabbit is a glorious beacon of light

take JL specs and then go a bit bigger (sealed of course) that amp will be slightly underpowering that woofer. less prssure means more excursion
