One of my AMP's cuts out...

I have a 750w amp powering 1 12" sub and a 600w amp doing the fronts and rears.
I'm running two 8g wires one to each AMP for power.

Everything works great with the key in the on position. But when I start the engine the 750w amp cuts out after 10 seconds and an offset light comes on... Any ideas? Do I need to add a cap?
