Pioneer TS-W31c subs

i have 2 ts-w31c sub that i found in my closet and have never been used. I dont think they are that great of subs but i need something until i can afford my 12w6s. my question is, if i get a custom enclosure for the 12w6s will these 2 pioneer 12"'s fit in it until i get teh 12w6s? I think im getting the enclosure in my spare tire area. also will these 2 pioneers work with the amp i want to get? (mtxthunder 6304) sorry about all these newbie questions, i dont really know that much about car stereo so i trying to learn as much as possible. thanks for any help
martyheres a link for the same subs but they are on sale on eBay. i have these same subs though.

I Try to avoid pioneer subs at all costs. No matter what you do they always seem to sound loose and sloppy... For budget subs I'd go with Cerwin Vega HED's
