Alpine Type-R 12
Well, I used to be in love with my Polk Dx 12... The thing was incredible, until it started to go and I knew it would soon blew out...
I replaced it this week with the new alpine type-r subs.... holy crap, this thing is incredible... definately worth the money...

Rep Power: 338 supposedly a pair of those with TOTAL 2.2 cubes ported with a flat response down to 32 Hz, f3 of 27 Hz and 500 watts hit 146 in a maxima.......
cant be all bad [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG] and if you know the shop owner, he might hook you up for $160 or so a sub....
supposedly they can take a kilowatt all day, too, and have the SQ of a brahma...
