The link you posted has a link for installation instructions.

As for getting to that point in your car, remove the center console which gives you access to removing the stock radio. Looks like it's a direct double-DIN fit (replaces both stock head unit and pocket) into the stock bezel. If anything makes sense in the world, it should be able to bolt right into the OEM radio/pocket brackets.
Wiring is a slightly different story. To make your life easier, buy the Metra 70-1721 wiring harness. Solder the aftermarket unit's wiring harness into the Metra harness to make it plug and play. Word of caution, don't hook up the dimmer circuit.
Maybe it's because I've swapped out radios many, many times on my 2002 civic, but stereo installation on a 7thgen is super easy. It's a bit more difficult the first time, popping the clips to release the OEM radio bezel, but after the first time, it's a piece of cake. 2 screws on the back/bottom sides of the center console, 2 screws just aft of the shifter assembly, and 2 pop rivets on the front bottom hold the center console down -- everything else is just little metal clips that hold it down. The radio itself, once you get the little piece with the cigarette lighter adapter pulled off (yes, it pulls right off), there are 2-10mm bolts (or phillips head works, too) that secure the radio assembly. From there, it's just clips holding it down, and you should be able to finagle the thing off. The radio itself is held onto the bracket with 2 screws, as is the pocket under the radio. From there, you should be home free.
