I Just bought a High Output 165amp alternator N was wondering if I need 2 upgrade the wiring?

If you want to take advantage of the extra amperage, absolutely. I would suggest upgrading to at least 2 gauge for the charge wire and your grounds. Bigger can't hurt either.

I have a 180a singer alt and my grounds and charging wire are 0/1 gauge.
