I have a 2002 Honda civic coupe. The dash gauges work intermittently and the trip metter says 8888888. Also when i roll the window up lights flash on the dash and the gauges move. Rand the dash diag everything passed. Checked the grounds they seem to be fine also.

Perhaps trace the window wires and find any points where they are grounding out or have contact with the gauge wires.
