Can I put my Tweeters on the stock kick panels?

Can I put my Tweeters on the stock kick panels?
I want to get the tweeters out of the tweeter pods and maybe mount them at the top of the stock kick panels with the angle mounting brackets, will this work? People that put kick panels in put the tweeters in that spot so I think it is ok. Opinions?

Rep Power: 0 I had a Toyota Tacoma truck before I got my Civic and did that very thing, mounted the tweeters on the edge of the kickpanels. Looked great and sounded wonderful. Give it a try, use some velcro or double sided tape and test it out. It will probably sound great, much better than the a-pillar locations.
