my friend has a small jeep commanche truck... he has 8 optimist tweeters power off of 1 high amp... 4 61/2's off the head unit, and he has 12 rectangle horn tweeters with magnets on them the size of an 8" sub they are on 1 high amp aswell... then behind his seat he has 4 8" JL subs it is a nice sounding system but the highs CRUSH my ears i can barely sit in the truck... he rolls the windows up and barely gets volume of 5 before my eyes water lol toooooo many highs !!!!![IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-puke.gif[/IMG]

I love highs. I put Kappa 3-ways all around and recently added Infinity's tweeters to the front to bring the stage forward. It's great.

i bet it sounds like $hit. the imaging would be horrable. and too loud. highs are very important but not over done
