i need a new flipout because the cd dvd drive broke on my jenson unit i came across this but i have no personal experience with this particular brand whats your opinion .

I'm not a huge fan of noname... If you buy a quality brand like Alpine you will have it forever.. Mind you, for that price it might be worth a shot. An equivelant Alpine would go for 600+

yeah the only reason im interested in this was the price i would actually getting the one without bluetooth which is about $250. i have generally heard of power acustic but only for speaker i also noticed there are other brands with the exact same unit under different names including fairenhight,soundstream and NESA which i have never heard off.

You could always try to find out who actually makes the unit. If your lucky it might be a brand name being sold as a knockoff... probably not likely though... Hmm... I'd personally steer clear of this.

decided against the power acustic instead probably going for a pioneer AVH-P4200 there around 300-330 refurbished.

Much better idea... I think refurb pioneer is still way better than power acoustic.
