I got my door panels off but cant quite figure out how the old speakers are mounted in there and how to get them out so i can put the new ones in properly? can anyone help? and what are the colors for the positve and negatives when i get them out?

i have the same car and removed my speakers like a week ago and they are attached with clips plus light glue just have to pull towards you hard

Take a flathead screwdriver, and at the top of speaker, jab the screwdriver in, push down and pull the speaker out

Bottom is held in by 2 clips as well, so pull top towards you, then pull up

search for the rear deck DIY on this website, its really simple...but a big project

Involves removing a bunch of rear interior panels, assuming you have the coupe

yea.. pretty much every plastic panel.. no, EVERY plastic panel in the rear of the car needs to come out, as well as the rear seats, back and bottom cushion.. Assuming you have a coupe, like Kenny mentioned.

watch for the rear defroster cables when yanking the side pillars if you like your defroster.
