Please HELP! Please REad!! Radio issue/ No start

Ok i have a 2002 honda civic Ex.. i know there is already a post about this topic.. well in a way... but anyways.. i know nothign about changing headunits in cars... but my buddy said he did... so he took the stock head unit out to put an aftermarket unit in.. well he cut the harness to wire it to the new one so it could fit the new unit.... Now the Car will not start....!!! Did the computer lock us out of the car? What do i have to do.. to get my car to start? Take it to a dealer? I cant hook the old head unit back up because he cut the wires sooo short that its impossible.. ineed my car to drive to work and its just sitting.. PLEASE can someone help me?

i cant see how any of the radio wires have anything to do with the car starting. just check all the fuses under the hood and under the dash (two separate fuse boxes) and replace all the broken ones. thats all you can do. what happens when you try and start, does it make any noise or just nothing.

the inside box is above the brake pedal above that floor cover and the other cover below steering wheel.
