will mb quart 6x9 fit ....

i was going to order my mb quarts when i read a thread that made me worry a little. will the mb quart 6x9's fit in the rear without any conflict with the metal bars running along in my trunk?

not to sure of the depth.. but its a DTC169 Mb Quart 6" x 9"
