Amp Recommendation

Hoping to get some insight on what amplifier I should be looking at for a set of two new subs I picked up the other day. I've got two Alpine 1023D subs, here are the specs:

Power Handling
CEA-2031 Power Rating: 600 Watts
Power Range: 600 - 1800 Watts
RMS Power Handling: 600 Watts
Peak Power Handling: 1800 Watts

To run both of these subs in a ported box, what mono block amp would you recommend? Also, based on the amp's power usage, am I looking at having to upgrade the battery or alternator at all, or perhaps, just run a 1-2 farad cap with the system?

Re: Amp Recommendation

i'd say at least 1500w RMS. always better to go more than the RMS of the subs and dial the gain back and leave some head room so your amp's not working at max all the time.
