So I recently installed a new head unit in my civic and I don't like how the dash is slightly pointed upwards and I get a ton of glare off the screen from the sun. I can't see the lcd screen during the day because of the sun, I would really like to relocate the head unit under the temp controls where the cigarette lighter is. Has anyone done this or relocated it somewhere else??

I've got the same problem. I was thinking of making a visor for it instead of relocating it cause it seems like that would be easier. I don't have time to do that right now though. i've had my new head unit on for like a year now and have pretty much memorized everything. so now i'm even less inclined to bother fixing it. the only time it gets really annoying for me is when I want to see what time it is. wish we had a separate clock display somewhere on the dash.
