blinking odometer, key light and low fuel indication

I recently had to jump start my honda civic 2002 ex, us version. When the car started, the dashboard started acting weird. All the gauges don't work, so i don;t know how fast i am going or how much fuel i have etc... the light for dashboad don't come on. the odometer, low gas fuel indication light and key light keeps flashing. What does this mean? how can i fix this? help please.

correction its not the key light blinking, its the hand brake light blinking.

Hi I have the same problem in my car, where the meters in the car work then suddenly none of them work so I can't tell how fast I drive, fuel, distance, etc... then they work again...
Does anyone know what maybe happening? Oh and my hand brake light is constantly ON when all my meters shut off...
