Go with the cheaper amp.. both will make you very happy with nice clean sound..differences are cosmetic and price...wanna pay more fr looks?..go Xtant..want same sound..little less bling bling..Eclipse..
I'm sorry, I disagree with the previous....
I used to sell both of the brands.... I'd go with XTANT all the way.... More options like adding adjustable bass **** to your dash, or anywhere else. Built in noise gate modules, etc. I personally think with Xtant you have show quality looks and killer performance... but that's just my 2 cents.

More useless Bling bling .. the adjustable crossover on the eclipse and good clean sound is all that's necessary.. besides that it's for his mids.. who needs a bass **** for mids .. the sound quality of both are great.. the XTANT looks prettier has more plug in's and optional things..but a little $$$, then again I just bought some ARC amps so I should shut up right now lol.

Go with the xtant, more flexibility for future upgrades.
Besides, if you are using their subs why not their amp? Keep your install clean by staying with a single brand as much as possible especially if it is top line stuff like xtant. I personally don't care for installs with one brand of speaker in the front, another brand for the subs, another brand for amp 1, another brand for amp 2, another brand...you get the idea. If you can find a consistent line (like xtant for example) run with as much of it as possible.
