I searched but didnt find really what i was looking for. I am getting a great deal on a kicker solo baric L7 15 inch ($160) and just want to know what ya'll think about this amp pushing the sub? a Kenwood KAC-9104D its a 1800w 900w x 1 @ 2OHMS 500 x 1 @ 4OHMS.

they got it for $182. i think its a good deal but i know nothing about Kenwood amps. any suggestions on this??

how many ohms is the sub im guessing 4 so you'll be pushing 500watts watts on a 15 id say your good i have the KAC-7252 bridged at 500watts running 2 12"inch powerbass subs and its loud why do you want a 15 anyway get 2 twelves.

i didnt want a 15 really i just wanted 1 12 JL w6v2. but the solo baric is a 550 dollar sub and its brand new and a guy i knw said he would let me hav it 4 $160 if i wanted it. all i hav is a rockford 1200w amp right now (400w rms) so i thought i would give the 15 a try and if i didnt like it i would try to sell it somewhere.

a single 12 is fine for our cars. the amp should be plenty for the solo.
