Does your HID kit come with a wire harness with built-in inline fuse?
Does it draw power from the battery or the stock headlight harness?
Might be a ground somewhere.

If your kit didn't come with a wire harness with inline fuse that gets power from the battery, do yourself a favor and get one.
HID kits might use less power as your link stated but at start up you can fry your stock harness.

Fog Lights

Well Since that problem is solved.

What bulb type does the Honda CIvic Fog Lights take is it also the low beam bulb of 9006? I was looking to purchase some fog lights and wondering if i could use my old Low Beam Bulbs into the fog lights?
