Rep Power: 0 Mokushi - how does the stereo sit in there? Is there an adapter that finishes out the hole ? We've got GI's stationed in Okinawa and they fly back to the states regularly. I'm fixing to get them to start bringing me back some JDM stuff from Japan. They fly on a military aircraft, so customs gets bypassed.

Rep Power: 0 I wish ! They don't fly a transport plane like a C130 or 141, so you couldn't bring anything of that size home. I was thinking maybe headlights, haven't seen the tail lights to see if I like them, and a few other items. Something to kinda make it a little different.

Good god, I can't imagin a flight in a C130 from Japan to the States. My flight from Germany to Turkey in one took 3-4 hours. Those things are Slooooooooooooow.
Anyway, go with a LCD dude. It would look much better. Plus all double dins come with a tape deck

Rep Power: 0 BAK, no one makes a double-din install kit for our cars. I have searched endlessly. I'm just gonna go buy some plexiglass form home depot and use a dremel to make my one and paint it. I though about getting one from japan, but i remembered that on the JDM civics, the HVAC controls are on the other side, so their console is a mirror image of ours.
btw, I got my deck(s) when I lived at Yokota...
