CD Deck ....

I'm sure everyone knows the angle of the deck sucks ....

What are good cd players that are visible in the daytime.

I have a Pioneer 7k series but can't see it worth crap.

I will be blind soon .... damn too late ... jk

Any suggestions on a readable deck?

Thanks .. !

well if you want to get an eclipse 5440 and up models you can still read it pretty clear with the sun glancing off it...

there isn't really that many decks if any that will be clearly visible with the sub reflecting off it..but who cares.. you have it on to hear music..not watch a diplay

i have the same problem, yes, most decks shows "track 1" and "track 2" but mine shows the name of the songs! and it's really annoying not knowing where i am at (not all my songs are in order) and it's like "what song am i on now?" they need to sell glare shield for the decks

Glare shield ...... interesting idea .... I'll have to look into that.

Also I was looking at it. There is the deck and the cubby hole underneigth. Is there a deck kit that eliminates that cubby but uses that space to allow the radio to tilt down more. A tilting of even 10 degrees would help considerably.

I also have a 7000 Series Pioneer and I can see the display perfectly fine? I'm assuming that we have different 7000 series head units huh???

I have the same kit, the best I have found ... American Dynamics I think was the company. I had some other kit first, started with an M I think. It fell appart and was kinda worthless.

Any other ideas for good visible head-units .... ??

Oh gees, you would have to ask me that. I just threw away the wrapper for it the other day. It was some off brand, it wasn't the metra or the schoshe. It also wasn't the American Dynamics... I'll see if I can find out. I'll see if I can go by the shop I bought it from and see what it was. Yah, my radar wire was just chilling on the floor. It is usally just plugged into the outlet. No hardwire or anything.
