P8002 and two Alpine Type R's...help?

Hey,

I'm new to this so I would like some opinions before I go and try anything. How should I wire these up? Here's the specs on the amp and subs:

http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/produ...n_US&p_status=

http://www.alpine-usa.com/en/product...&lang=en&tab=F

I was doing a little research and it seems that bridging it would be best. I checked out the subs and they have two negs and two pos. each. I'm not sure as to how exactly how I should wire them. Should I wire the neg to one pair of the pos/neg and the pos. to the other pair of pos/neg? I'm lost!!! My bro's friend is suppose to help me but I want this thing in NOW!!!

Thanks in advance,

Youthachak

whoa, no, that'll kill that amp with a 1 ohm load

first of all, are they dual 4 ohm or dual 2 ohm type r's?
whats the model number on the magnet, swr-1242 or swr-1222

Hey LT, they're the swr-1242 model. Which is, I believe, dual 4 ohms. I kind of get the idea of wiring from the amp to the subs, but then the subs has like four places I can wire it to. How should I wire it on the inside of the box and the outside?
